Serenity Now!

I’ve been busy, and not in the best sense. Work has taken over life to the point my health is not as good as it once was. I work 60+ hours a week, not including commute. I might have 3-4 hours a day to do anything else. The rest is sleeping, or trying to.   I’m always looking for something else. I’m tired.

Kashtanka

“A young dog, a reddish mongrel, between a dachshund and a “yard-dog,” very like a fox in face, was running up and down the pavement looking uneasily from side to side. From time to time she stopped and, whining and lifting first one chilled paw and then another, tried to make up her mind how it could have happened that she was lost.”

“Kashtanka” By Anton Chekhov (1860–1904)
