Survival of the Fittest?

If evolution is true, then what heart specialists have noticed about the common sports spectator should stand as a warning: body weight, blood pressure, heart rate, cholesterol and trigycerides go up. Vital capacity, oxygen consumption, flexibilty, stamina and strength go down.

Oh, those things that make you go, "hmmmmmmmm . . ."
