Hard. Here's what's on the menu for lunch today:

Strength Training:
5x3 Back Squat

WOD (For Time):

  • 75 Double Unders (150 singles)
  • 55 DB/KB Shoulder to Overhead (45/30 in each hand)
  • 35 Burpees
