  “Among the few features of agricultural England which retain an appearance but little modified by the lapse of centuries, may be reckoned the high, grassy and furzy downs, coombs, or ewe-leases, as they are indifferently called, that fill a large area of certain counties in the south and south-west. AMRAP 30

This was a fun team WOD. We did (in relay fashion):

  • 12 Upright rows (45# bare bar)
  • 12 Kettle bell Swings (mine was 40#)
  • 12 Wall Ball (that basketball is 20# of dirt)
  • 12 Knee to Elbows. Workin' them abs!
With four of us taking turns, we managed to squeeze out 4 rounds.
