I love it when my shake does not mix well and you get that tasty lump of protein in your mouth.

Strength Training: 5x4 Overhead squats
then AMRAP 20
  • 5 Hang Power Clean to Overhead (95 to 110#)
  • 10 box jump overs
  • 20 walking lunge steps
