Grief

Sometimes the news comes quick. Sometimes the news comes slow. No matter how or when it comes, grief travels in the wake of the news. Grief is heavy, weighty, a burden, especially when it involves someone deeply loved. Grief is not meant to be carried alone. It’s too heavy and may last a while—and that’s ok. That’s what family and friends are for, to share the load. Jesus stood outside the tomb of his friend and wept but He did not weep alone. It was a deep, human moment. “ Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted ” (Matt 5:4). If anyone knows how we feel in grief, it’s Him. Happy New Year! The start of a new year signals for many the opportunity to do something different. Why not step over your personal boundaries, explore and expand your potential?

MORE THAN PHYSICAL TRAINING

Commander Mark Divine has compiled a program that will help you discover who you are, challenge and grow the way you think as well as develop your mental, emotional and physical strength in this carefully constructed program. Click graphic for more information.

The Navy Seals are not a force to be taken lightly, and neither should this program. Following the daily regimen set forth by Commander Divine, one is transformed into a stronger person. One week of introductory training lays the foundation for one week each of baseline training, building strength and stamina then culminates in one week of "work capacity"--and this is the first four weeks. One does not simply "work out," but trains in areas that have real applications in daily life ranging from personal development through leadership principles and team building and team work.

This program is not for the faint-of-heart and is best experienced as a group, but this writer has chipped away (solo) through the program many times: pushing my limits, expanding my borders, strengthening my weak points, challenging thought processes and emotions.
